I am Leadership Developer by passion and a recognised authority on Kautilya’s Arthashastra, the seminal ancient Indian manuscript on governance, economic policy, and military strategy. Currently serving as the Program Director at the School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL), where I design and deliver impactful leadership programs for public servants, work on curating the Global Leadership Conclave, and spearhead capacity building initiatives in collaboration with the
Government. With a focus on infrastructure development for the Institute, donor relations, and the flagship “Pinnacle Voices” series, I am committed to fostering ethical governance and transformative leadership.
My career trajectory is marked by a wealth of experience across various sectors, including Founder CEO and Director of Chanakya Aanvikshiki Pvt Ltd, Director of Chanakya Institute of Public Leadership and as the Senior Executive Officer for Strategic and Outreach at the Partha Ghosh Academy of Leadership, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. These roles have allowed me to impart leadership wisdom to a broad spectrum of professionals from the corporate world, academia, politics, and public service.
Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Leadership Science from the Chanakya
International Institute of Leadership Studies at the University of Mumbai, complemented by a Post Graduate Certificate in Kautilya Arthashastra from the Chanakya Institute of Public Leadership at the University of Mumbai.
My scholarly pursuits in Kautilya’s Arthashastra have not only deepened my understanding of ancient Indian political economy but also enabled me to share this knowledge through lectures and courses at prestigious institutions such as the College of Defence Management, Secunderabad; Indian Institute of Public Leadership, Mumbai; MIT School of Government,
Pune; and the University of Mumbai.
In the corporate realm, I have an eight-year tenure as an Associate Vice President at HSBC and Standard Chartered, bolstered by certifications as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Level 2 Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) candidate from the USA.
My contributions to the field have been acknowledged with an excellence award and an International Fellowship in Election Campaign Management for the 2016 USA Presidential Election from the University of Akron, USA, along with a certificate in Socio-Political Leadership from Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, Mumbai.
As a dynamic, committed, and innovative Leadership Developer, my mission is to empower individuals and organisations to realise their full potential and achieve their objectives.
For nearly a decade, since 2014, I have dedicated myself to studying and working with these profound subjects, allowing me to offer deep insights and guidance to individuals and organizations seeking to embrace the wisdom of ancient Indian texts.
I have a rich and diverse experience of working in different sectors and roles. I have been the Founding CEO - Director Chanakya Aanvikshiki Pvt Ltd and Director at Chanakya Institute of Public Leadership, where I trained organisations and leaders from diverse fields such as corporate, educational, political, and public service.
I have done my Masters in Leadership Science from Chanakya International Institute of Leadership Studies, University of Mumbai and Post Graduate Certificate Program in Kautilya Arthashastra from Chanakya Institute of Public Leadership, University of Mumbai.
I have done extensive research on “Kautilya’s Arthashastra,” an ancient Indian treatise on statecraft & economics and explored the principles of ancient Indian governance and their relevance in the modern world. I have lectured and conducted courses at renowned educational institutions such as the College of Defence Management (CDM), Secunderabad; Indian Institute of Public Leadership (IIDL); Mumbai; MIT School of Government (MIT-SOG), Pune; University of Mumbai (MU) and others.
